Learning Resource Center Planning Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection includes: correspondence, excel spreadsheets, informational pages, service estimates, and blueprints for new remodeling to be done in the LRC. These remodels included new furniture installments and electrical redesigns. Materials are mostly paper-based with some oversized items and one floppy disc. They date from 1997-1999. Materials will be kept in the original order they were placed in by their creator. Because this collection is so small, no further arrangement is necessary.

Conditions Governing Use
Some materials are stored on obsolete media which will require transfer to a readable format before available for researchers.
Administrative History
The Learning Resource Center is home to HCC’s library, Campus Safety, and Testing Center as well as administrative offices and classrooms. Construction first began on the LRC in 1998 and the building first opened in the fall of 2000.
