The Office of Student Services includes two main office divisions: Student Activities and Student Life, and the Student Affairs Office. The mission of Student Services is to provide students with the resources necessary to have a successful experience at Hagerstown Community College. The Student Activities and Student Life Office provides students the opportunity to connect with other students outside the classroom. They offer various clubs and organizations, including the Student Government Association, that meet on campus and organize events. The Office of Student Affairs provides support to students from HCC faculty and staff and is also responsible for all judicial conduct processes on campus. The office is led by the Dean of Students, who oversees the following areas: Admissions and Records, Academic Advising, the Children’s Learning Center, Disability Support Services, TRiO: Student Support Services, and Student Activities.
